PVLL Parents of 9-12 year-olds, we have great news from Little League International, we will have All-Stars this year!!!

PVLL will be participating in the All-Star Event at the end of the regular season.   Our League will be entering four (4) teams into the event:  one team each into the 11 and 12 year-old bracket, and two teams into the 10 year-old bracket.  All age groups are based on Little League ages (your child’s age as of August 31, 2021).

All-Stars are voted upon by players and coaches towards the end of the regular Little League season.  It is important to understand the All-Star commitment which includes, but is not limited to:

  1. practices are held EVERY day;

  2. practices begin shortly after the regular seasons ends; and

  3. if a player misses three (3) practices or one tournament game, that player will be dropped from the roster unless the absence was due to family emergency, illness, injury or due to a PVLL commitment (i.e. King of the Hill or Tournament of Champions).

Practices will begin on June 7th and the games will be played between June 19-July 15.  If a team(s) wins the District 36 Championship, they will continue playing games July 17-22, 2021.

We are providing these dates now so you can plan your vacation/travel plans around All-Stars if you want your ball player to be considered for one of the teams.  Below you can see the full tournament calendar for the Western Region.

NOTE: In years past, you all would select if you wanted to opt-in for all stars and this opting in would include you all in the ballot process.  This year, we did not have the ability to do that so in fairness all will be opted in for the balloting process.  If you know you will be out of town or do not want to be included in the all star vote, please send an email to
